Deborah Barfield, age 45, was found dead on December 8, 2007, near the Estrella Used Auto Parts Store in Houston, Texas. She suffered severe head injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Evidence suggested she had been assaulted on the second floor of the business, then moved through the premises before her body was found partially nude in a ditch along a fence line.
