On August 16, 2008, at approximately 11 p.m., 30-year-old Ernest Harper was fatally shot at his residence located at 12600 Dunlap #922 in Houston, Texas. According to the Houston Police Department, three suspects, described only as black males wearing dark clothing and armed with firearms, were involved in the incident. The suspects fled the scene immediately after the shooting.
