Kevin Fowler, a 37-year-old resident of Houston, was killed on December 27, 2009. Fowler was discovered in the early hours of the morning in the 800 block of Franklin Street, suffering from blunt force trauma to the head. He was immediately transported to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
