Jesse Ramirez, aged 33, was killed on December 30, 2010, in San Antonio, Texas. The incident took place at a woman’s apartment in the early morning when Gabriel Reyes Castillo, a romantic rival, forcibly entered the residence. An argument ensued, and Ramirez intervened to protect the woman, punching Castillo. Castillo left the scene but returned shortly after armed with a shovel. He fatally struck Ramirez multiple times in the head, leaving his body in front of the apartment. Castillo was late ...
