A wife finds her husband shot to death on their front porch
Around 10:15 pm, on Saturday, November 16, 1974, Jesse Garcia's wife heard what sounded like three gunshots and a car door slam in front of their home at 440 S. Frio. Shortly after that, she heard her front door open and then heard a groan. When she went to the front door to see what was going on she found her husband, Jesse Garcia, lying on the sidewalk, shot.
