Erika Moreno, a 29-year-old woman, was tragically shot and killed on January 10, 2013, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. while Moreno was driving near the 5400 block of Birdwood. According to investigators, a group of men in a black Chevrolet Tahoe approached her vehicle for reasons that remain unclear.
