On February 4, 2013, 43-year-old Virgilio Torres was fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the early morning hours near the 5000 block of Ennis Street. According to reports, Torres was approached by an unknown assailant who fired multiple shots before fleeing the scene. Emergency responders arrived promptly, but Torres succumbed to his injuries at the location.
