Phyllis O'Brien Carson, 32, was last seen on the evening of October 24, 1970, at a bar called Francis Truck Stop in French Camp, California. She had gone to the bar with her sister-in-law, Laurel Robinson, and Laurel’s boyfriend. Phyllis was seen socializing and dancing with an unidentified man.
