Alex Alvarez, a 24-year-old from San Antonio, Texas, was tragically killed in a fatal stabbing on March 2, 2014. The incident occurred on the city's West Side, in the 2200 block of Chihuahua Street, where Alvarez and another man were attacked while crossing a footbridge. The attack followed an argument that Alvarez and his companion had with several other individuals outside a nearby bar shortly before the incident.
