On November 17, 2014, Carlos Villegas, aged 55, was shot and killed in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred near the address of 7617 Navigation, and the fatal shooting took place shortly after midnight. Another individual was also injured during the incident. Houston Police Department officers responded quickly to the scene, but Villegas was pronounced dead upon their arrival.
