Emmitt Carmouche, a 39-year-old resident of Houston, Texas, was tragically killed on April 12, 2016. The fatal incident occurred around 8:45 p.m. near a gas station at 7719 Hirsch Road in northeast Houston. Emmitt was found lying on the ground in front of a residence and was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders. He had suffered a fatal gunshot wound, and the police have since launched an active investigation to identify those responsible for the crime.
