Marco Gilmore, 33, was shot and killed on April 21, 2012, while visiting a friend's home on Eldridge Avenue in North Memphis. Around 9:50 p.m., Gilmore answered the door after hearing a knock and was met by two individuals standing outside. Shortly after opening the door, he was fatally shot. The investigation into his murder remains unsolved, and authorities have been seeking information from the public to help bring closure to his family.
