On a late summer evening in Nashville, Tennessee, the life of 28-year-old Reginald Clark was tragically cut short. Just after 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 28, 2012, Clark stepped out of the back door of his apartment at 807 B 32nd Avenue North. In the moments that followed, the sound of gunshots shattered the night, and Clark was fatally wounded. The male victim was identified as a Black man.
