In the evening hours of Saturday, December 22, 2012, a grim discovery was made in Nashville, Tennessee. Responding to a report of a shooting, police officers arrived at 2551 Highland Trace Drive shortly after 7:00 p.m. Inside a grey Chevrolet Malibu, they found the bodies of two men who had been fatally shot. One of the victims was identified as 27-year-old Cedrick Robinson.
The investigation into the double homicide suggested that two male shooters were involved in the incident.
The case of Cedrick Robinson's death remains unsolved and is now considered a cold case by the Nashville Police Department. Authorities have publicly requested assistance, asking anyone with information regarding the murders to come forward and contact the Cold Case Homicide Unit or the Nashville Police Department's Crime Stoppers Division. To date, no arrests have been made, and no suspects have been publicly identified in connection with the fatal shooting.
