In the midst of a contentious divorce, 36-year-old Caucasian male Fabian D. Martin was shot and killed by his estranged wife, Tiffany Spence, in Nashville, Tennessee, on June 8, 2013. Martin had custody of their children at the time. The fatal encounter occurred at Martin's residence during a heated argument.
