Fabian D. Martin, aged 36, was killed on June 8, 2013, in Nashville, Tennessee. Fabian's death was the result of a domestic dispute that escalated into violence. He was shot by his estranged wife, Tiffany Spence, during an altercation at their home. The two were in the midst of a contentious divorce, and Fabian had custody of their children. On the day of the incident, Tiffany called 911, claiming that she was afraid during a heated argument with Fabian, which led to the fatal shooting.
