Edwardo Denatizo “Lil Ed” Smith Jr., a 25-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on August 14, 2015, in Memphis, Tennessee. The incident occurred in the 5300 block of Neely Road on a Friday night. According to reports, Smith was outside in front of a home when multiple shots were fired by unknown suspects.
