In the summer of 2015, a young man's life was abruptly cut short in Memphis, Tennessee. Edwardo Denatizo Smith Jr., a 25-year-old African American male, was fatally wounded on the evening of August 14th. The incident unfolded on Neely Road, where Smith was outside a residence.
