On March 7, 2007, Daman Washington, also known as “Duck,” was found dead in Charleston, South Carolina, following a shooting. Charleston Police responded to a ShotSpotter activation at around 5:30 a.m. near Killian and Nunan Streets. Upon arrival, officers discovered Washington had been shot and left at the scene. Despite the efforts of law enforcement, his murder remains unsolved, with no significant leads that have led to an arrest.
