Mondez Lloyd, a 31-year-old Black male from Philadelphia, was killed on February 26, 2007, in North Philadelphia. His final moments unfolded in the afternoon on the 2000 block of West Somerset Street, where police said he was shot in the neck and head around 2:50 p.m. The shooting left him critically wounded on a city street, and he was rushed to Temple University Hospital, but he did not survive.
