Carl Tomberlain, 42, was tragically shot and killed on November 7, 2007, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He worked as an oil-heater repairman for Petro Oil in Southampton, Bucks County. On the day of his death, Carl had responded to a service call at a home near Temple University, where two students lived.
