Raymond Reese, a 15-year-old girl from Mt. Oliver, was tragically killed in a shooting that took place in the Mt. Washington neighborhood of Pittsburgh on June 15, 2008. The incident occurred at around 1 p.m. on Pasadena Street, where she died at the scene. The shooting also injured two other youths. According to local residents, the house where the shooting took place had previously been a source of trouble, with multiple reports of gunfire in the weeks leading up to the tragedy.
