Lorraine Zazueta, a 19-year-old woman from San Bernardino, was found deceased on July 22, 2000, along Swarthout Canyon Road near Lone Canyon Road in Devore, California. She had been missing since May 31, 2000, and was last seen in the company of several Hispanic males. Known by the nickname "Ne Ne," Lorraine was a mother of two young children—an infant and a toddler—at the time of her death.
