In the evening hours of September 10, 2018, Wilfred Johnson, a 43-year-old man, was returning to his home on North Millick Street in Philadelphia after finishing his shift as a SEPTA bus driver. His routine journey took a tragic turn when an unknown individual followed him to the very steps of his residence. There, in an act of sudden violence, Johnson was shot multiple times. The gunshots shattered the evening's quiet and irrevocably altered the lives of his loved ones.
