In the early hours of July 28, 2011, the life of 22-year-old Marquise Mccoy was cut short in Philadelphia. A Black male, Mccoy was found by Philadelphia Police who were responding to a report of a shooting. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
