Darius Grimsley, aged 29, was tragically shot and killed on August 14, 2011, in Pittsburgh's North Side. The incident occurred at the intersection of Alpine Avenue and Garfield Street after an argument escalated. Grimsley was found lying in the street with a gunshot wound to the right side of his chest, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
