Jodi Brewer, a 19-year-old resident of Las Vegas, was found deceased on August 27, 2003, off the I-15 freeway near Baker, California. Jodi had gone missing two weeks earlier, on August 14, when she was last seen being dropped off at the Harbor Island Club Apartments in Las Vegas. Her remains were discovered near a highway in San Bernardino County, about 25 miles from the California-Nevada border.
