Chaz Anger, a 21-year-old resident of Pittsburgh, was tragically killed on January 2, 2012. The incident occurred in the Brighton Heights neighborhood, outside a six-unit apartment building on Fleming Avenue. Chaz was shot multiple times in the back and neck while standing on the rear porch of his second-floor apartment around 7:10 p.m. Witnesses reported seeing three men dressed in black hooded sweatshirts fire at least ten shots from the backyard of the building before fleeing the scene.
