Devonte Snowden, a 19-year-old from the Lincoln-Lemington neighborhood of Pittsburgh, was tragically killed on February 22, 2012. The incident occurred at around 1 a.m. on the 7200 block of Somerset Street, where Devonte was found inside a vehicle, having suffered gunshot wounds to the face.
