Death by Force

On May 20, 2012, Elden Harper, aged 35, was fatally shot in Pittsburgh's Homewood neighborhood. Harper was found on the sidewalk in the 700 block of North Homewood Avenue at approximately 4:29 a.m. He had sustained a gunshot wound to the back of the head and was declared dead at the scene by the Allegheny County Medical Examiner.
