In the early morning hours of a Sunday in May 2012, tragedy struck on the 900 block of South Conestoga Street in the Kingsessing neighborhood of Philadelphia. It was there that 22-year-old Ikeam Elliott was found with multiple gunshot wounds at 4:52 a.m.
