A routine walk in a South Philadelphia park with his fiancée and their dog took a tragic turn for 38-year-old Drew Justice. While in Gold Star Park, the couple encountered a man with an unleashed dog and requested that he put his dog on a leash. The simple request was met with unexpected violence. The man responded by punching Justice, causing him to fall and strike his head on the concrete pavement.

Emergency services were called, and Justice was quickly transported to a nearby hospital ...
