On October 25, 2004, Ray Anthony Garcia, a 26-year-old male, was shot and killed at the CCH apartment complex located at 2170 N. Rancho Avenue in Colton, California. Colton Police Department responded to the emergency call reporting the shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Garcia suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, Garcia succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
