Haywood Neuby Jr., a 44-year-old man, was identified as the individual who fatally shot his estranged wife before taking his own life.
The morning began with a heated argument between Neuby and his wife, 37-year-old Linda
Rios-Neuby. The couple had been separated, and Neuby had come to the house to visit their twin 4-year-old daughters.
