On April 14, 2013, Jasper Long, a 31-year-old man, was shot and killed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred in the early hours, and Philadelphia police responded to reports of gunfire on the 1800 block of North Woodstock Street. Officers discovered Jasper Long lying on the ground, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being quickly transported to Temple University Hospital, Jasper succumbed to his injuries.
