In the early morning hours of July 2, 2013, the life of 20-year-old Jamil Lloyd-El was tragically cut short in the Hazelwood neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Lloyd-El, a male, was discovered on the porch of a home on Winston Avenue, suffering from a fatal gunshot wound to the chest. A resident of the house had their doorbell ring and opened it to find the critically injured man.
