Telly Bell, aged 28, was found dead on October 22, 2013, in Philadelphia. He was discovered slumped over in the driver's seat of a vehicle parked near the corner of Ross and East Hortter Streets. Bell had suffered multiple gunshot wounds, and the incident appeared to be a targeted shooting. No arrests have been made, and the investigation into his death remains ongoing.
