On December 2, 2013, Robert Rhines, age 33, was killed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in what was described as a homicide. The incident took place in the early hours, and Rhines was found suffering from gunshot wounds to the chest. He was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
