Carmen Madera-Montas, age 35, was murdered during a residential robbery on January 3, 2014, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The incident took place late at night, and Philadelphia Police responded to the scene on the 4200 block of Ormond Street at approximately 11:45 p.m. Carmen was discovered in the second-floor front bedroom of her residence with her hands bound and a gunshot wound to her head.
