Death by Force

On May 24, 2014, Aamuir Akines, age 25, was fatally shot in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Police responded to a call around 3:03 a.m. on the 100 block of South 62nd Street, where they found Akines lying on the sidewalk in front of a residence, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, medical personnel pronounced him deceased at the scene shortly after their arrival. Akines was a resident of the 1700 block of South Rugby Street in Philadelphia.
