In the early morning hours of Thursday, May 29, 2014, a discovery was made at the intersection of 10th Street and Girard Avenue in Philadelphia. Inside a Plymouth Vista, police found 32-year-old Rahim Carter, a Black male from Upper Darby, PA. He had been shot.
