Rahim Carter, a 32-year-old Black male from Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, was found deceased in a vehicle in Philadelphia on May 29, 2014. The Philadelphia Police discovered Rahim inside a Plymouth Vista at the intersection of 10th Street and Girard Avenue in the early morning hours, around 4:46 a.m. He had suffered a gunshot wound to the chest. Emergency services transported Rahim to Hahnemann University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead soon after arrival.
