Cinque Tucker, a 35-year-old man, was found shot dead on August 31, 2014, in Philadelphia. The incident occurred late at night, at approximately 10:28 p.m., when Philadelphia Police Officers responded to reports on the 6000 block of Allman Street. They found Cinque inside a maroon 2000 Nissan Maxima, seated in the driver’s seat. He had been shot multiple times in the chest, and medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
