In the early morning hours of Wednesday, December 10, 2014, a grim discovery was made on the 1900 block of East Sterner Street in Philadelphia. There, authorities found the body of 32-year-old Willie Nunez, a male who had been shot. The scene was particularly unsettling as his hands had been tied behind his back.
