Willie Nunez, a 32-year-old man from Philadelphia, was found murdered on the morning of December 10, 2014. He was discovered on the 1900 block of East Sterner Street, with his hands tied behind his back and suffering from a fatal gunshot wound to the head. Philadelphia Police Officers responded to the scene around 7:13 a.m. and found Nunez lying in the street. Medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
