Death by Force

Joel Roman, a 29-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was killed on December 19, 2014. The incident took place at approximately 9:41 p.m. on the 3100 block of North Hartville Street. Philadelphia Police Officers responded to reports of gunfire and discovered Roman lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds to his neck, arm, and leg. He was immediately transported to Temple University Hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries later that night.
