In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Philadelphia, tragedy struck a young man just beginning his adult life. On June 23, 2015, 20-year-old Jonathan Rodriguez, a Hispanic male, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the Kensington neighborhood. The incident occurred around 10:41 p.m. on the 100 block of East Wishart Street, a short distance from his home on the 700 block of West Clearfield Street.
