Tyshaun Jones, aged 29, was fatally shot in the early morning hours of July 23, 2015, in Philadelphia. The incident took place on the 6700 block of Marsden Street at around 1:14 a.m. When Philadelphia Police Officers arrived, they found Tyshaun lying in the street with gunshot wounds to his head and neck.
