Rasheem Richards, a 25-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on July 24, 2015, in Philadelphia. At around 10:07 a.m., Philadelphia Police Officers responded to the 2300 block of West Glenwood Avenue and found Rasheem lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries that same morning.
