Tony McDougal, a 33-year-old San Francisco resident, was fatally shot on February 12, 2007, in the Western Addition neighborhood. The incident began near Hayes and Baker Streets where McDougal was shot while driving his car. Despite being wounded, McDougal managed to continue driving until he reached Haight and Fillmore Streets, where he crashed into a bus shelter. The crash occurred at the scene of another shooting that had taken place just an hour earlier and was already being investigated by ...
