Hassan Williams, a 21-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was tragically murdered on August 22, 2015. He was shot on the 5400 block of Norfolk Street in the early morning hours. Hassan was taken to Mercy Hospital by a private vehicle at approximately 1:00 a.m., and medical personnel quickly decided to transfer him to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. Despite the emergency efforts, Hassan was pronounced dead at 1:19 a.m.
