On a September day in 2015, the life of 50-year-old Stephen Blount, an African-American male, was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. The fatal shooting occurred on September 25th in North Philadelphia. Responding to reports of gunshots, police officers arrived at the scene to find Blount suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
