Wayne Nelson, a 29-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was tragically shot and killed on December 24, 2015, during a robbery at his home on the 2100 block of Pemberton Street. The incident occurred in the evening at approximately 6:16 p.m. Philadelphia Police officers responded to a call and discovered Wayne in his second-floor bedroom, where he had suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
