In the afternoon of December 26, 2015, a Saturday, the life of 18-year-old Devon Flythe was tragically cut short on the 800 block of North 41st Street in Philadelphia. Responding to a call at 4:47 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers arrived at the scene to find the young man suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of medical responders, Flythe was pronounced dead.
